Class Descriptions

CRAVE Barre
Crave Barre is a 1 hour high intensity low impact group exercise format. We focus on isometric movements to tone and sculpt the body. Resistance bands, bender balls, and dumbbells are incorporated to maximize muscle recruitment, build core strength and challenge stability. All fitness levels welcomed. 

What to bring:
Water
Yoga mat (optional)
towel (optional)
Shoe Recommendation: Barre socks, bare feet or sneakers 


BARRE FIGHT (Cardio Kickboxing & Barre Fusion Class)
BARRE FIGHT is a fusion of cardio kickboxing and barre class that elevates the heart rate while working for muscular endurance! This fusion format starts with 20-25 Minutes of cardio kickboxing followed by 25 minutes of barre to build up muscular endurance to scorch calories and sculpt your total body! No boxing or dance experience required. All fitness levels welcomed!

CRAVE Dance Cardio

Crave Dance Cardio is a 45 minute cardio class format. Move your body to an upbeat pop playlist and unleash your inner Beyonce! Keep those feet moving and heart open as you burn calories without even skipping a beat! No dance experience necessary. Ability to have fun required! 

What to bring:

Comfortable workout attire 


 

CRAVE Fitness offers group exercise classes in Barre, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Cardio Dance formats. We have found our home at the beautiful Movement Box Dance Studio in the Concord Community Arts Center which echoes our commitment to building a COMMUNITY that is supportive and inclusive. Whether you are a beginner or elite athlete, our classes are accessible for all. You get what you put in, but one thing is for sure: you will leave CRAVING more!
